The design process begins with a complimentary over-the-phone consultation to determine the size and scope of your project, your desired outcomes, preferred design styles, and any existing sources of inspiration.
Scheduled meetings and/or consultations: These meetings will serve as an opportunity to delve into the specifics of your vision and start developing design concepts. You will be guided through the fundamental aspects of the project contract and rates, ensuring you have a clear understanding of its contents before signing. Due to the nature of virtual design services, this meeting will take place over Google Meet.
Following the meeting, a comprehensive quote will be prepared along with the contract for your review and signature. Once the contract is signed, the floor plan and furniture plan will be developed. Throughout this phase, we will collaborate over email and phone with your contractors closely to ensure perfection in every detail.
Once the project plans are finalized, the finish and furniture plans will be presented along with 3D renderings and/or walkthrough of the interior and exterior of your project.
At the end of the design process, you will have a full set of construction documents and visuals that not only meet but exceed your expectations, truly capturing your vision.
