Color is a deeply integral part of design. In 2021, I created a custom color line titled "Mother Earth." From brooding reds to clear, relaxing blues, this line embodies exactly what it is to be a part of the beauty that is Earth. Then, each color is applied methodically and creatively to a residential project.

As the world enters a new age of growth and healing after isolation and division, what is needed now
more than ever is a connection to Mother Earth. Taken from natural beauties — the Utah desert, the Abajo Mountain dressed with Autumn, an endless ocean, and nally, a budding sunset — vibrant colors from the richness the Earth has to oer emerge in subtle and bold ways. Each of these colors give us something new, but my Color of the Year “Terracotta Rose” takes on boldness, adventure, and warmth to contribute to the intrinsic belonging each of us longs to feel. It introduces the inspiration to get out there and do, but then pulls us back in to rest and relax.
